The episode opens up with Linghu Cong explaining the school to Guo Jing, and tells him that practice makes perfect.

The go to attend a class of staff techniques. When the teacher asks a question, Guo Jing quickly answers incorrectly as he recalls the information from his "books". When the students go practise, no one wants to practise with Cang Tai. So he calls on a random person, but not Guo Jing (even though he was very willing to). The teacher then gives Guo Jing a Chinese yo-yo to practise his basics.

Xiao Long Nu grabs the wrong textbook, but remembers that she hasn't prayed yet that day. Xiao Bao is curious as to what she was doing, but she leaves right after his interruption.



During the medicine class, Xiao Bao goes to the front and claims that the West Side was very good with the study. When the teacher comes, Xiao Bao immediately becomes attracted to her and asks to be the demonstrator. He goes up and gets frozen by the teacher, which in then asks the other students to practise on him.

After the class, Linghu Cong notices that Ying Ying is worried about something. At the lockers, she goes into Liu Xiang's locker and places a letter inside, while throwing out all the love letter that were in his locker in the garbage. Jian Ning notices this and mistakes it for Ying Ying being in love with Liu Xiang and tells Linghu Cong.

Jian Ning notices that Guo Jing is practising his staff techniques. Being the senior student that she was, Jian Ning willingly teaches Guo Jing, because he was not doing very well before.

Meanwhile, Liu Xiang reads the letter that Ying Ying has given him. She would like some advice on how to perform qingong. Liu Xiang gets excited and Ying Ying comes. She reveals that she needs to learn it, but she doesn't tell him why. She succeeds in the art, but she didn't know how to get back down. Liu Xiang catches her in midair.

When Linghu Cong looks for Ying Ying to explain about the time they went to the club, Ying Ying says that Liu Xian and her were only practising, and nothing more.

Back with Jian Ning and Guo Jing, Guo Jing still cannot succeed. Linghu Cong calls Jian Ning for dinner, but she still tries to teach Guo Jing.

Liu Xiang, back at his dorm, recalls what had happened earlier and smiles to himself. When he turns around, he notices Xiao Bao watching him. Liu denies that he was thinking about women in general, but Xiao Bao doesn't accept that. He names out the girls that they both know - Jian Ning, Xiao Long Nu (at which Xiao Bao says that you need to be deaf and blind to like), the little nurse (which Xiao Bao has a crush on), then Ying Ying. He notes that Liu Xiang has a big reaction when he said Ying Ying's name, so it must have been her. In order to make profit, Xiao Bao asks for NT$500 so he can research her background. Liu Xiang gives him $1000 and asks him to shut up.
